Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of joy9bd services — including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the joy9bd platform:

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use joy9bd. joy9bd operates a strict 18+ policy and employs age-verification checks at registration and before processing the first withdrawal. Users who misrepresent their age are in breach of these terms and may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited without notice.

One Account Per Person. Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the joy9bd platform. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity details — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings, may be voided.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. joy9bd is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, joy9bd requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This typically requires submission of a valid government-issued national identity document (e.g., Bangladesh National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is conducted to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering in accordance with our compliance obligations.

Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. joy9bd recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who performed it — remains your responsibility.

• Accounts registered with false identity information will be permanently closed without refund of deposits.
• joy9bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including for existing accounts.
• Users must not register from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Corporate, trust, or business entities may not register accounts on the joy9bd platform — accounts are for individual natural persons only.
• joy9bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or wagering on any game offered through the joy9bd platform, you agree to the following general rules governing all betting and gaming activity. Game-specific rules are available within each game or market and form part of these terms by reference.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on joy9bd are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled differently from pre-match markets depending on match circumstances. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to technical error or delay — will be voided. joy9bd follows Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all match scheduling and market opening/closing times.

Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, slot titles, and crash games are provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the respective provider's game logic and RNG certification. In the event of a game error, malfunction, or disconnection mid-round, joy9bd's customer support team will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the round and refunding the stake.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface. joy9bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Stakes placed in excess of the permitted maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted stake prior to settlement.

Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or game. In the case of sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the conclusion of the event is used for settlement. joy9bd reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results in disputed or abandoned events.

• Winnings are credited to the account balance immediately upon bet settlement.
• joy9bd is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's side that affect bet placement or game participation.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation by the platform.
• Markets with obvious pricing errors (e.g., mispriced odds due to a system fault) may be voided without notice.
• For BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL markets, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are used for rain-affected matches.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

joy9bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from joy9bd.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or otherwise invalid identity documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months or more).
• User request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming programme.

Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security review. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

User-Initiated Closure. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we encourage you to consider our self-exclusion option, which provides additional safeguards against future access.

Inactive Account Policy. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance will be classified as dormant. joy9bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Any applicable dormancy fee will be communicated clearly at the time of dormancy classification.

Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the joy9bd platform should be directed first to our customer support team at [email protected]. joy9bd is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Users who remain dissatisfied following the internal dispute resolution process may seek further recourse through appropriate legal channels.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joy9bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. joy9bd's total liability to any user shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and joy9bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements.
